Wake up slowly

Our body need time for rest, we need to have enough time to feel fresh and comfort especially in the morning. So cheer up and enjoy the life.

Your conscious mind can wipe away memories of a dream in minutes. possible insights. To prevent images from slipping away to quickly, lie still in bed right away waking up, keeping your eyes closed and concentrating on what you where just dreaming about. When you've recalled everything you can write down the dream's details in your notebook ,kept by your bed.

Comeback to this entry later to think more about what you dream might have been telling you, and look for recurring characters, places and patterns over time.
